Knowledge of general AI tools, Experience in software development, Experience in technical support, Experience troubleshooting technical systems, Experience debugging technical systems, Experience in agile/scrum workflow, Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings, Experience working at TV Network, Experience working at broadcaster, Experience working at online streaming platform, Experience in digital video delivery, Experience in streaming media technologies

Nice to Have

Experience scripting in modern languages, Knowledge of distributed applications, Knowledge of enterprise applications, Experience dealing with customers, Experience operating efficiently under pressure, Ability to present complex technical information, Experience with video quality metric tools, Experience working in live sports

What You'll Do.

Work on high-severity issues

Prioritize mitigation

Investigate root-cause fixes

Deliver reports to leadership

Provide on-call support

Act as point of escalation

Aid in development of operational tools

Aid in development of AI tools

Improve efficiency through automation

Customer notification

Workflow coordination

Maintain service level agreements

Create knowledge-base articles

Maintain operational documentation

Maintain training documentation

Assist in training new staff

Interact with Prime Video partners

Root cause customer impacting incidents

Work with developers on roadmaps

Set priorities for backlog requests

Identify recurring incidents

Drive down recurring incidents

Represent team in collaboration

Scripting for automation

Develop automation for efficiency
