Must Have
Troubleshooting and debugging technical systems, Development or technical support experience, 3+ years of technical support experience, Knowledge of SVOD or OTT video services, Experience supporting microservices architecture, Troubleshoot and identify root cause of issues, Operational excellence, efficiency, and process improvement
Nice to Have
Knowledge of web services, Knowledge of distributed systems, Knowledge of web application development, Experience with device technologies, Familiarity with flashing firmware, Basic device debugging, Familiarity with reading/pulling device logs, Experience with video encoding, Experience with streaming media standards, Experience of live streaming environment, Experience of live production environment, Experience working in live sports

Perform pre-event checks
Triage audio/video issues
Own support activities for services
Improve service support
Drive issues to resolution
Develop operational tools
