3+ years technical support, 3+ years software development, Troubleshoot and debug technical systems, Develop operational processes, Develop customer relationships, Experience live streaming, Knowledge streaming video pipelines, Troubleshoot and identify root cause, Fundamental knowledge of AWS, Basic knowledge networking systems
Nice to Have
Experience scripting modern languages, Experience communicating technical details, Experience live broadcast production, Experience video quality metric tools, Experience working live sports
What You'll Do.
Execute live streaming events
Make in-room decisions
Organize tasks between partners
Direct support engineers
Work on high-severity issues
Prioritize mitigation
Investigate root-cause fixes
Deliver reports to leadership
Provide on-call support
