3+ years technical support, 3+ years software development, Troubleshoot and debug technical systems, Develop operational processes, Develop customer relationships, Experience live streaming, Knowledge streaming video pipelines, Troubleshoot and identify root cause, Fundamental AWS knowledge, Basic networking systems knowledge
Nice to Have
Scripting in modern languages, Communicate technical details, Live broadcast production experience, Video quality metric tools experience, Live sports experience

Execute live streaming events
Make in-room decisions
Organize tasks with partners
Direct support engineers
Work on high-severity issues
Prioritize mitigation
Investigate root-cause fixes
Deliver reports to leadership
Provide on-call support
Act as escalation point
