support live operations on multiple games by configuring back-office tools according to defined operational flows
assist production teams in setting up their live operations to meet specific project needs and requirements
create and maintain documentation for internal teams and external partners to ensure clarity and consistency of processes
collaborate with account managers to design and implement operational flows tailored to the needs and objectives of different productions
audit user journeys to ensure the quality
and reliability of live operations
identify and communicate partner needs to contribute to the evolution and improvement of internal tools and products
