Purpose Our key contribution to society is to help clinicians and those who support them provide state-of-the-art medical care. Our primary business purpose is to help clients and supporters increase the effectiveness of activities pertaining to scientific communication, medical education and the maintenance of clinician audience intimacy. Position Summary This full-time position requires a highly organized and detail oriented person to collaborate with medical-related content and production team members to generate registration websites and online learning activities (webcasts and ARS). The multimedia Integrator is primarily tasked with connecting all components essential to producing interactive and live multimedia programs, web pages and HTML publicity. Various toolkits and templates are utilized to build the final products in all cases, but the multimedia integrator is highly and regularly involved with different teams in order to execute updates and/or customization as needed. Key Responsibilities Work within various systems and source files to extract program details in order to generate online registration websites for live symposia, webcasts, and Audience Response System (ARS) in line with company branding Generate online interactive activities for live events Monitor and provide support (remotely) during live events Responsible for publishing uncut-replay after live events take place Work closely with internal and external teams to incorporate
