What You'll Do.
Execute assignment work
Manage competing priorities
Traffick advertiser creatives accurately
Manage platform success
Ensure campaigns and schedules are accurate
Communicate campaign status
Adjust creatives or IKVs
Troubleshoot and escalate assignments
Document technical issues
Take on ad-hoc projects
Maintain ad serving capabilities
Partner with stakeholders
Define new initiatives
Influence development of new initiatives
Create best practices
Put forth improvement ideas
Support high-visibility events
Triage Salesforce assignment queue
Claim 'Ready for Work' assignments
Validate campaign details
Execute trafficking actions
Map creatives to positions
Resolve discrepancies
Pull assignment throughput data
Update weekly volume trackers
Document blocked assignments
Escalate unresolved issues
Create Schedule Event
Set up weekly event schedule
Send documentation to partners
Verify creative-to-schedule alignment
Execute last-minute creative swaps
Process schedule changes
Perform final QA passes
