Industry & Context.
Immediately report to the Pitboss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems, and/or unusual activities in gaming studios and other companies’ premises
Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm, Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, Prolonged sitting in counter-height chairs and tables, Prolonged standing for up to 2 hours at a time, Ability to maintain physical stamina for extended periods, Repeated use of both hands and arms, Full mobility of upper extremities, Ability to see and read a screen chat from 3 feet away, Ability to engage and communicate with customers while on a live table, Ability to lift weights up to 15 lbs, Ability to walk without assistance within the gaming studio floor, Ability to present continuously on camera under high beam lighting without protective eyewear
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma / GED, Must be 21 years of age or older, At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience, Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, video chat applications, etc., Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment, Ability to maintain a professional demeanour, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced live streaming environment, Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally, maintaining Playtech’s guest service standards, Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm, Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, Maintain punctuality and attention to detail, Must be able to obtain a New Jersey Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration
What You'll Do.
hosting and presenting games for in a live streaming environment
creating a professional and exciting atmosphere for customers by providing an excellent guest service
Present games in a live streaming environment
adhering to the multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations
PT Services New Jersey regulations
and live unit policies and procedures
Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games
Conduct live games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions
and following the given table schedule
following the instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers
Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures
Adhere to the gaming studios' rules and any other rules that management may introduce at any time
Adhere to the company’s dress code and appearance standards
Professionally communicate and provide answers to players promptly for any game general questions according to chat policy
Immediately report to the Pitboss of any risks or committed mistakes
and/or unusual activities in gaming studios and other companies’ premises
Attend educational events
and sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures
Participate in company promotions through marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management
Maintain professional and clear communication with players
Perform any additional duties as instructed by management
