Ensure software providers are meeting AIG’s performance requirements; Identify performance metrics which assist Claim leads; Achieving required goals
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 8 years prior experience leading engagements with insurance Claim systems, Previous system ownership experience including user testing, interface development, and performance management, Knowledge of eBilling systems for Law Firms / Vendors, Knowledge of Claims and litigation processes / performance measures, Significant experience and expertise with data management, dashboard development and statistical analysis, Proven ability to effectively communicate data metrics and insights to key stakeholders and executives, Experience in managing a team and collectively achieving required goals
What You'll Do.
Own the global product roadmap
Lead engagement between stakeholders and software providers
Maintain relationships with software providers
Oversee teams for reporting and data management
Provide claim Law firm and Vendor spend reporting
Develop reporting structure and cadence
Review eBilling data for performance metrics
Provide clear reports to stakeholders
Support panel decisions
