Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead early-stage client engagement and opportunity scoping to align litigation-related needs with structured advisory and service solutions, ensuring clarity of objectives and value delivery. Drive business development efforts by identifying, pursuing, and converting new opportunities across legal, consulting, and expert service offerings. Expand and deepen existing client relationships through cross-service selling, strategic account development, and long-term engagement planning. Represent the organization in client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to build visibility and generate qualified opportunities. Collaborate with internal consultants, experts, and sales teams to shape proposals, pricing strategies, and pursuit messaging. Guide clients through solution design discussions, presentations, and strategic recommendations, ensuring seamless transition to delivery teams. Maintain accurate tracking of opportunity pipelines, engagement progression, and conversion outcomes within CRM systems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in law, business, or a related field preferred. 10+ years of experience in professional services, legal services, consulting, or business development roles with client-facing responsibility. Proven track record of originating new business and expanding high-value client relationships in complex, advisory-driven environments. Strong understanding of litigation, dispute resolution, or broader legal industry dynamics is highly preferred. Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously while maintaining strategic focus and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, along with strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
