Full Job Description
## Description Job Description: The Paralegal will support attorneys during the litigation phase of Personal Injury cases. This role requires prior litigation experience, particularly drafting discovery responses that comply with California law. Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST. Responsibilities: • Draft discovery responses in compliance with the California Code of Civil Procedure. • Assist attorneys with litigation support throughout the lifecycle of PI cases. • Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents. • Manage court deadlines, calendaring, and litigation timelines. • Review and organize discovery materials and case documentation. • Maintain organized and accurate case files in Filevine. • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed. #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Hybrid ## Additional Information
