We are seeking a Business Litigation Paralegal to join the Atlanta office. Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, this position performs a variety of duties to assist attorneys on the Business Litigation team. This position will report directly to the Director of Administration. **_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:_** * Complete understanding of the litigation process, especially large case management; manage all facets of matters from discovery through trial. * Assist with electronic document productions using database management software. * Assist with document reviews for responsiveness, case issues, and privilege responses to discovery requests and to identify privileged documents, documents for redaction, case issues in context. * Finalize filings, including exhibit identification and preparation, record checking and cite checking. * Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filing. * Managing documents, exhibits, notebooks, and spreadsheets in court trials and arbitration proceedings. * Utilize litigation applications/software, such as Relativity. * Strong multitasking skills working on multiple matters at the same time with several different lawyers and other staff. * Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel, including attorneys and other paralegals and assistants, sharing information, goals, and opportunities accordingly. * Interact with clients as necessary to gather necessary documentation and information for agency or court filings. * Assist in deposition/interview/hearing preparation, document review, productions, and case preparation at/for trial/arbitration as needed. * Observe confidentiality of client
