During the training period, the individual must be available to work on Pacific Time., Requires one day on-site per week in office, with the possibility of additional required in-office days depending on business and client needs.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years calendaring experience in a law firm or law department
Nice to Have
Experience with automated docketing/calendaring, Knowledge of federal and state court structures, procedures and filing, Good verbal and written communications, Detail, organizational, Ability to manage multiple, Ability to perform duties and responsibilities with minimal, Good computer skills, including Word and Excel
What You'll Do.
Perform calendaring/docket functions
Assist with the maintenance of the docket database for our Litigation
Corporate and Administrative departments
agency and client documents for relevant
Calculate court and regulatory deadlines and enter into the docket
Respond to inquiries from attorneys and staff regarding docket
Maintain rule sets used in the docket
Provide ongoing training and exposure to our staff and attorneys on docket policies
procedures and changes to court and agency
Monitor the electronic court
Perform other related duties as assigned
