Our partners are STR owners and managers around the world who keep their properties, brand, and accounts, while we run listings, guest communication, pricing, and daily coordination behind the scenes. We're also building our own proprietary software platform alongside the industry's best third-party tools, including The Hub (our partner portal), our Command Center (internal operations dashboard), System 1 (revenue management), and Smoothly (ground operations AI). We're hiring a back-end Listings Systems Specialist to support our software team and keep every property in our portfolio dialed in across all of our systems. ### About the Role This is a back-end, non-customer-facing role. You'll work directly with our software team to make sure every listing is set up correctly inside our property management system, channel manager, pricing engine, and supporting tools. You'll be the bridge between our software systems and our front-end listing specialists, freeing them up to focus on partners and properties. System Setup and Configuration * Configure new properties inside HostAway, Breezeway, PriceLabs, Charge Automation, Authenticate, and our proprietary tools. * Build out channel connections to Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com, and other distribution platforms. * Set up automations, message templates, fees, taxes, and policies inside our PMS. 2\. Listing Data and Quality * Audit existing listings for missing or inaccurate data and fix the gaps. * Maintain our central amenities database and keep property attr
