What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B. S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field, 8+ years designing aerospace propulsion and cryogenic fluid systems, including piping architecture, Deep expertise in cryogenic components (valves, regulators, pumps) and system design, Proficiency in structural and fluid FEA (ANSYS), Thermal analysis, Creo/ProEngineer, Expertise creating and interpreting P&IDs, Fabrication drawings
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph. D. ), Hands-on cryogenics experience, Experience with space systems or extreme environment applications, Mastery of Windchill, ProPiping, Knowledge of ASME Y14. 5 GD&T standards, Familiarity with piping fabrication methods, Welding, Installation best practices, Non-linear FEA analysis experience
