What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, specific experience in Treasury Liquidity Reporting, Regulatory Reporting
Nice to Have
Degree in Finance from a tier one institution, Understanding of liquidity risk management principles, Understanding of regulatory requirements, Knowledge in data analysis, reporting ability to work with large datasets, Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines, detail-oriented, well-organized, innovative, self-starter, team player with a high level of initiative
What You'll Do.
Prepare day-to-day activities of a Liquidity team to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting with adherence to controls.
and maintain liquidity management reports and dashboards
including daily liquidity ratios
and FR2052a regulatory reporting.
Research and resolve exceptions and issues and escalate issues to management
Ensure documentation and control processes are established and adhered to for all reporting activities.
Create presentation materials for executive management and participate in new product assessments to identify liquidity risk drivers.
Document any updates or changes to formal procedures
Standard Operating Procedures
Work with internal stakeholders and team members to expand and improve the quality data and reports delivered.
Provide liquidity support and expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Stress Testing team to develop
and recalibrate assumptions related to liquidity metrics.
Maintain consistency in data sourcing across the broader liquidity management team.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work closely with the broader liquidity management team and with other Functions across the institution who have input on the liquidity position Treasury Risk Management, Recovery and Resolution Planning, Business Units and second/third line of defense teams.; Work with internal stakeholders and team members to expand and improve the quality data and reports delivered.
