System Administrator Position Overview We are seeking a System Administrator to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. This role is responsible for managing IT infrastructure and supporting day-to-day operations across client/server, storage, network, and mobile device environments. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, perform system monitoring and troubleshooting, assist users with IT services, and help maintain reliable and secure system operations. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems Provide Help Desk and escalation support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution Monitor and maintain day-to-day IT system operations Support client/server, storage, network, and mobile device environments Communicate system status and issue resolution updates to management and internal customers Troubleshoot hardware and software issues through resolution Configure and manage UNIX
