As an L2 engineer, you will handle complex technical issues, collaborate across teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in a stable but evolving environment. Because of the team size, each member has real visibility and ownership, with opportunities to grow and contribute beyond pure incident handling. **Daily challenges** * Troubleshoot and resolve complex Linux incidents in a production environment, ensuring minimal impact on services * Perform root cause analysis and identify long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues * Manage and prioritize multiple tickets and tasks while maintaining SLA commitments * Work across multiple technologies and dependencies (infrastructure, databases, applications) to resolve cross-domain issues * Support and implement changes, updates, and improvements in a controlled and structured environment * Continuously look for opportunities to optimize processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall service quality **eXperience and skills required** * Hands-on experience with Linux administration in enterprise or production
