As an L2 engineer, you will handle complex technical issues, collaborate across teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in a stable but evolving environment. We work in close collaboration with international colleagues and other technical domains, creating a dynamic environment where knowledge sharing and teamwork are highly valued. Because of the team size, each member has real visibility and ownership, with opportunities to grow and contribute beyond pure incident handling. **Daily challenges** * Troubleshoot and resolve complex Linux incidents in a production environment, ensuring minimal impact on services * Perform root cause analysis and identify long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues * Manage and prioritize multiple tickets and tasks while maintaining SLA commitments * Work across multiple technologies and dependencies (infrastructure, databases, applications) to resolve cross-domain issues * Support and implement changes, updates, and improvements in a controlled and structured environment * Continuously look for opportunities to optimize processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall service quality **eXperience and skills required** * Hands-on experience with Linux administration in enterprise or production
