What You'll Do.
Ensure requested materials are available and complete
Supervise picking and packing processes
Monitor order fulfillment timelines and accuracy
Check stock levels and report shortages or excesses
Identify system discrepancies and suggest corrections
Oversee material receiving and proper storage
Control outbound flows to production
Assign tasks to warehouse or picking staff
Train team members on procedures
Evaluate performance and motivate the team to meet goals
Propose efficiency improvements in picking operations
Identify bottlenecks or recurring errors
Generate reports on picking performance
Document incidents and corrective actions
Maintain accurate records in the system
Develop and implement effective materials management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs
Oversee the planning and scheduling of materials to align with production requirements and operational goals
Monitor and analyze inventory levels
