What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma and 2 years of related experience, Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications

Nice to Have

Experience leading teams or projects, cGMP manufacturing experience, Lean manufacturing and continual process improvement experience

What You'll Do.

Ensure production line manufacturing processes meet standards

Ensure production line meets daily customer demand

Train production line people

Monitor production line performance

Manage and prioritize staffing assignments

Plan and schedule each hour of the shift

Give instructions to assembly line workers

manage and reconcile inventory consumption

Resolve issues compromising on-time delivery

Report problems with quality

Stage the daily workflow and line change overs

Execute and coordinate employee training

Follow detailed assembly instructions

Ensure traceability of all materials

Complete required documentation

Minimize deviations and nonconformance’s

Sustain and drive Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities

Accurately track all products and materials

Complete paperwork and administrative tasks

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with support staff such as Technicians, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Supervisor, Materials/Warehouse to resolve issues; Work with supervisor and other team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments; Work in collaboration with the production lead / supervisor to resolve any issues; Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with Production Supervisor

Able communicator—good clarity, balanced talker and listener; communicate with facts; balance talking with listening; use communication to inspire People to achieve results
