What You'll Do.
Lead daily operations of the pack-out line
ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Assign tasks and monitor the performance of pack-out team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Act as the primary point of contact for pack-out line issues
escalating significant concerns to supervisors as needed.
Conduct visual inspections of finished goods to verify packaging
and lot coding meet GMP and company standards.
Ensure compliance with GMP
and facility safety regulations throughout the pack-out process.
Document and report any quality issues or deviations promptly.
Train team members on pack-out procedures
and quality standards.
Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to improve team performance and efficiency.
Identify opportunities to streamline pack-out operations and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to implement process improvements.
Verify the availability of necessary materials and supplies for daily operations.
Maintain accurate records of production
Ensure proper handling and operation of pack-out equipment.
Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.
