This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?”   Role Overview The Line Haul Specialist (Middlemile Management & Planning) role plays a strategic part in establishing KPIs, forecasting logistics capacity, integrating sales forecasts into planning, analyzing driver performance, and developing workforce planning tools to optimize middle mile line haul operations.   What You Will Do Establish key performance indicators and benchmarks for planning and forecasting into middle mile line haul logistics. Prepare and share daily/monthly middle mile capacity manpower and asset planning models and collaborate with operations teams to execute. Connect with S&OP(Sales & Operations Planning) to collect the GMV/Sales forecast and transform them into the logistics expansion planning. Measure middle mile line haul driver's performance, analyze multiple cost models, and design the route/area-wise productivity of each driver. Support the development and implementation of workforce planning tools for accurate capacity forecasting.   Basic Qualifications 4+ years of relevant experience in logistics middle mile. Proven experience in data processing and analysis to build models that support business decisions. Strong communication skills across various contexts.
