As a key member of the kitchen team, you’ll help create exceptional dishes while ensuring a well-organized and safe cooking environment. How You'll Make an Impact: * Prepare and cook food following recipes and quality standards and serve customers as needed. * Assist with ingredient prep for smooth and efficient meal service * Follow food safety guidelines and best practices in handling * Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-maintained * Work closely with the team to ensure quick, efficient meal delivery * Adhere to food industry regulations and standards * Operate and maintain kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, etc.) * Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards * Help manage inventory and rotate stock as needed * Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to deliver a top-tier dining experience ## Qualifications What You'll Need to Succeed: * 1-2 years of fast-paced line cook experience would be an asset. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively with the team * Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures * Skilled in using knives and kitchen equipment with precision and care * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Basic math skills
