Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information or related field, 4+ years of experience with IT solution delivery, business analysis, digital integration, or a similar hybrid role, 2+ years of Experience working in a GXP, regulated environment, 1+ years of Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms (Tulip, Power Apps, etc), 3+ years of Experience with analytics or business intelligence platforms (Power BI, DatabricksSnowflake etc), 1+ years of Experience with utilizing and incorporating AI into digital execution solutions
Nice to Have
Solid knowledge of Computer System Validation process, Demonstrated ability to analyse, anticipate, and resolve complex issues (technical, operational, or business-related) through sound problem-solving skills, Effectively prioritize and escalate issues, Demonstrated learning agility and curiosity
What You'll Do.
Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes at the Foundry
applying knowledge to digital execution solutions to support the business processes
and document business requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations
Accurately translate business processes into technical terms and vice versa
Overseeing the configuration
and validation of digital systems
ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Build and lead a technical team of Digital execution engineers
and platform engineers supporting the Foundry
Design digital execution integration patterns with the Foundry’s core systems (ERP
other enterprise applications
and development/manufacturing systems
Build and leverage a understanding of corporate computer system validation requirements according to Lilly Quality Standards
Support business in a technical capacity with application configuration
Enhance the digital literacy of the site to ensure ongoing support and innovation around the use of technology to enable business value
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partner with business stakeholders and local and global IT teams; Build and lead a technical team of Digital execution engineers, and platform engineers supporting the Foundry; Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with business users, technical teams, and project managers
