Manage building occupancy
Manage building maintenance
Build relationships with tenants

Produce advertising materials
Conduct tenant interviews
Receive rental applications
Explain terms of occupancy
Process rental applications
Conduct credit checks
Approve invoices for payments
Communicate with tenants
Collect rent payments
Process rent payments
Maintain rent records
Comply with anti-discrimination laws
Assist with income recertification
Prepare monthly calendars
Prepare monthly newsletters
Distribute notices for non-payment
Conduct property inspections
Prepare inspection reports
Conduct apartment inspections
