The role As a Lighting Lead, you'll be guiding a team of artists in delivering high-quality lighting and rendering for VFX productions. This role requires a strong artistic eye, technical knowledge, and the ability to support artists while maintaining consistency across sequences and shows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing lighting workflows, reviewing artist work, collaborating with production and supervisors, and ensuring shots are delivered to the required creative and technical standards.
