Must Have
Valid state issued license is required., Must be at least 21 years of age., Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card., With the assistance of lifting equipment such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled, must be able to lift 50+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally., Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers, excellent customer service skills are a must!, Document important job notes in a way a non-tradesperson would understand., Possess organization, time management, and creative problem-solving skills., Ability to deal with a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge., Mechanical skills and willingness to learn, Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Nice to Have
Prior experience with Lighting, construction, kitchen, plumbing, home appliance products, or installations preferred, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills are preferred., Tools- plus if you have your own but we will supply specific needed for the role.
What You'll Do.
Perform basic lighting and appliance installations.
Learn custom lighting installations.
Ensure installed lights are damage free
accurately installed according to manufacturer’s specifications
and are fully functioning.
Interact expertly and courteously with builders
and on-site customers.
Provide service repair options
and timeframes to customers.
Troubleshoot and diagnose appliance issues.
Provide driver duties and responsibilities.
Complete office paperwork notating service calls.
Attend company paid installation training seminars and certifications.
