Nice to Have
Previous carpentry, mechanical, packaging experience in manufacturing setting, Experience with Sit Down, Stand Up, Reach, and Order Selector equipment, willingness to learn
What You'll Do.
Deliver results and provide optimal customer experience
Identify non-conformities
Keep warehouse clean and organized
Adhere to 5S principles
Follow all safety procedures
Maintain flexibility to support shifting production needs
Help in different areas of warehouse
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Safely operate forklifts
Maintain a valid Forklift Operator’s
Change batteries and propane tanks
Build boxes for loose parts
Build structures for warehouse
Resolve discrepancies
Operate all machinery used in Woodshop
Set up and operate hydraulic presses
Utilize hydraulic hose crimping equipment
Run hoist/crane systems
Interpret blueprints and instructions
Follow packaging codes for accurate construction
Achieve productivity requirements
Maintain accuracy and quality
Demonstrate problem solving
Demonstrate critical thinking
Demonstrate collaboration
Perform other related duties as assigned
