Nice to Have

This hands-on position supports building operations across seven properties near Columbus, Ohio, performing diverse maintenance and repair tasks that ensure comfortable, functional environments for our clients and their occupants. As an entry level technician, you'll develop versatile skills across multiple building trades while learning from experienced JLL engineers. This role offers meaningful work with visible impact your contributions directly affect daily operations and occupant satisfaction. You'll gain broad exposure to commercial building systems, creating a strong foundation for career growth within JLL's industry leading facilities management platform. ## **What your day to day will look like:** * You'll perform light maintenance activities across assigned client sites, including filter changes, lighting repairs, site inspections, furniture assembly, office builds, and other facility upkeep tasks.
