POSITION SUMMARY The Platform Manager is responsible for driving growth and increasing market share for Konecranes chain hoists, KBK workstation crane systems, and jib cranes across North America. This role focuses on developing and executing product strategies that strengthen Konecranes’ competitive position, expand sales channels, and increase adoption of these product lines. The Platform Manager will conduct market research, identify growth opportunities, and develop sales and go-to-market strategies aligned with regional business goals. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business growth. RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Strategy and Market Growth * Develop and execute the North American product strategy for Konecranes chain hoists, KBK systems, and jib cranes to increase market share and revenue. * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs. * Define regional product positioning, pricing strategy, and value propositions for target market segments. * Identify strategic opportunities to expand sales channels and improve product penetration across industries and regions.
