**Title:** Lifting Engineer KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. **KBR is looking for - Equipment Operator, Heavy** **Responsibilities:** * Lifting Plans & Method Statements * Develop detailed lifting plans for cranes, hoists, winches, or specialized lifting gear. * Choose suitable lifting equipment (slings, shackles, spreader beams, cranes) based on load, geometry, and environment. * Coordinate and manage contractors’ heavy equipment * Oversee rigging crews during complex or critical lifts. * Lead toolbox talks and lifting safety briefings. * Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior * Ensure that personnel have the skills, training and all needed resources, equipment’s and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities in safe and effectively manner, according to the contract terms and conditions. **Qualifications:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Degree. * Must have 3rd party certified lifting and rigging qualification * Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities * Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills * Proven leadership skills with large organizations * Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems * Strategic management skills * An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment * Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA **Belong.
