As a Lifeguard , you play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests utilizing the resort's aquatic facilities. Through constant vigilance, emergency preparedness, and outstanding guest service, you help create a safe and enjoyable environment for families and visitors. In this role, you demonstrate Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction. What You'll Do as a Lifeguard: • Maintain constant surveillance of pool and water park areas to ensure guest safety. • Identify and respond quickly to emergencies, unsafe conditions, or guests in distress. • Administer first aid, CPR, AED assistance, and emergency care as needed. • Contact emergency medical services when necessary and assist with emergency response procedures. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of aquatic facilities and surrounding areas. • Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation. • Participate in scheduled in-service training and ongoing safety certifications. • Enforce pool and water safety rules while providing exceptional guest service. • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to support daily operations and guest needs. • Perform additional duties as assigned. ## Qualifications What You Will
