Deliver patient care within the Tennessee paramedic scope of practice; Deliver patient care within the defined Vanderbilt paramedic scope of practice; Ensure safe and quality patient care; Achieve results on time and without error
Industry & Context.
Utilizes the problem solving model to independent resolve patient problems; Identifies patient and unit problems and finds solutions to resolve problems; Solves Complex Problems; Makes Data Driven Decisions
Variable (12) hour shifts to include some night, weekend and holidays, Fulltime: 36 hrs. with overtime available, Shift differentials apply to nights and weekends

Must Have
Tennessee paramedic scope of practice, High School Diploma or GED, 1 year Relevant Work Experience
Nice to Have
Vanderbilt paramedic scope of practice, Novice Ventilator Management, Novice Critical Thinking, Novice Airway Establishing, Novice Medication Management, Novice Assessing, Intervening & Stabilizing Patients
What You'll Do.
Activate patient care protocols
Deliver patient care within scope of practice
Perform triage care in the field and ED
Ensure safe and quality patient care
Respond to emergency requests
Resolve patient problems
Communicate patient handover
