Additional languages considered a plus, Experience managing long-term sick leave or extended absence cases end-to-end, including complex eligibility, documentation, pay and benefits impacts, and stakeholder coordination
What You'll Do.
Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters
Assist Senior Specialists and Experts on complex projects
Implement and advise clients and employees on employment law changes from Collective Bargaining Agreement updates
Be case manager for all employee lifecycle leave and working hours matters
Advise on employment legislation and provide guidance on both basic and complex legal interpretations
Develop and update global internal documentation pertaining to Time & Attendance
Proactively address internal and external inquiries on all employment matters
Safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information
