The role The Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager is an experienced Braze campaign architect responsible for asset development, audience segmentation, and campaign quality assurance in multiple marketing communication channels, including: email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging. With a strong focus on both campaign execution and stakeholder collaboration, the ideal candidate has superior attention to detail and time management skills, as well as the ability to understand business needs perform activities such as campaign architecture, audience selection, trigger qualification, suppressions, segmentation and arbitration Develop canvas/asset templates, segments, and playbooks for repetitive or turnkey projects. Train others and own the coding/building, approval process, and deployment of daily, monthly, and ad-hoc content-focused lifecycle marketing campaigns; contribute strategic thought leadership to the team’s campaign testing this includes collaborating with LCM Technical Project Managers and/or cross-functional data partners Develop a strong relationship with strategic partners; you will act as a technical advisor to LCM strategists from planning all the way through reporting Work with others on the Lifecycle Marketing team to understand and provide tactical feedback regarding campaign objectives, data
