Must Have
3–6 years of hands-on lifecycle / CRM / email marketing experience at a consumer brand, Deep, in-the-tool fluency with at least one major ESP (Iterable, Braze, Customer. io, Klaviyo), execution chops: you're known for shipping campaigns that go out clean, on time, with zero embarrassing mistakes, Copywriting ability: you can take a brief and turn it into subject lines, body copy, and SMS variants that sound like Yendo and convert, Detail-obsessed
Nice to Have
experience with Iterable specifically, experience with consumer fintech or credit products, experience with deliverability fundamentals, experience with AI-assisted marketing workflows, Comfort with SQL or a willingness to learn quickly

ABOUT YENDO Hi there, we're Yendo, and our vision is to empower everyday people to build a stronger financial future. In less than 2 years, we’ve saved customers over $100 million in unnecessary interest and fees. We are using AI to unlock the $1.1 Trillion in vehicle equity trapped within cars owned by Americans in the form of a high limit, standard rate credit card for those traditionally excluded from mainstream financial offerings. Yendo Credit Cards have similar APRs to those issued for prime borrowers with no hidden fees or overdraft charges and help build their customers' credit score. Yendo's credit limits are 4x higher than cards typically available for non-prime borrowers. ROLE OVERVIEW As Yendo's Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll be the hands-on operator who turns lifecycle strategy into shipped campaigns. You'll work directly with our VP of Product Marketing, who owns lifecycle strategy and the broader product marketing function - your job is to execute against that strategy with speed, precision, and a craftsperson's eye for detail. This is a builder's role. You'll spend your days inside Iterable building journeys, writing and QA'ing copy, setting up segments, configuring A/B tests, scheduling sends, and pulling performance reports. You'll be the person who actually makes the campaigns happen - across email, SMS, push, and in-app - and who keeps the calendar humming. If you love getting reps in, sweating the details, and shipping more campaigns and experiments this month than you did last month, this role is for you. We move fast. We test constantly. We expect ownership of execution quality. RESPONSIBILITIES - Build and ship lifecycle campaigns in Iterable across email, SMS, push, and in-app - including segment setup, template build, journey configuration, scheduling, and send. - Translate briefs from cross-functional teams into executed campaigns: copy in templates, dynamic content wired up, audiences targeted correctly, links tagged, QA complete. -
