Full Job Description

**_Position Summary_** The LifeCafe Supervisor oversees the daily shift operations in the LifeCafe. They deliver a high-quality experience to the members, and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service. They also monitor food quality and speed of service ensuring a positive member and guest experience. **_Job Duties and Responsibilities_** * Manages LifeCafe shift operations while making schedule adjustments based on traffic flow * Acts as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support * Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and service customers in a professional manner * Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager * Manages light food prep responsibilities * Quickly and efficiently responds to member questions, comments, and concerns ​ ** _Position Requirements_** * High School Diploma or GED * CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire * ServeSafe certification with the first 60 days of hire * Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs. * Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time * Night and weekend availability is required based on the business needs ​ **​ _Preferred Requirements_** * 1-2 years of supervisor or manager experience with a food service or retail background in a high volume atmosphere ## _Pay_ This is an hourly position with wages starting at $20.25 and pays up to $24.00, based on experience and qualifications. ## ## **_Benefits_** All team members receive the following benefits while working for Life Time: * A fully subsidized membership * Discounts on Life Time products and services * 401(k) retirement savings plan with company discretionary match (21 years of age and older) * Training and professional development * Paid sick leave where required by law Full-time Team Members are eligible for additional benefits, including: * Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage
