Demonstrated ability to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during site closures (essential personnel designation), Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) with data entry skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously, Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with proven ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and function effectively in dynamic, high-stress environments, Organizational and analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail and capacity to multi-task while maintaining accuracy, Willingness and ability to sit for extended periods, work both independently and collaboratively in team settings, and fulfill mandatory overtime requirements to cover call-outs and PTO, Completion and maintenance of Public Safety Telecommunicator certification and Emergency Medical Dispatch certification (or commitment to obtain upon hire)
Nice to Have
Associate's degree in criminal justice, emergency management, or related field, Two or more years of experience in security operations centers, law enforcement, emergency medical services, fire services, or related public safety disciplines, Technical knowledge of C-Cure 9000 Access Control System, Milestone video surveillance systems, and CISCO phone systems, Experience with threat assessment platforms, emergency mass notification systems, and fire system monitoring/impairment procedures, Current CPR certification and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) credentials, Familiarity with Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and incident reporting protocols
What You'll Do.
Process and dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls for security
and HazMat incidents using Emergency Medical Dispatch guidelines
determining priorities and providing pre-arrival instructions per established protocols
Monitor and respond to access control systems
surveillance camera feeds
and critical system alarms across multiple sites
assigning appropriate resources to investigate and address alerts
Serve as liaison between site EHS
Facility and Corporate Security personnel and state/county emergency services and law enforcement during incidents and emergencies
coordinating response efforts
and manage work orders for multiple sites using Corrigo and other work request applications
ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation
Utilize the Critical Event Management platform to disseminate urgent messages to key stakeholders
account for personnel during major events
and maintain communication with third-party monitoring companies
Monitor and operate multi-site radio systems while maintaining video surveillance oversight to support comprehensive security coverage
Complete incident reports using CAD systems
conduct research using available resources
identify and escalate priority issues
and suggest process improvements based on operational knowledge
