What You'll Do.
Develop Life Enrichment program
Implement Life Enrichment program
Facilitate Life Enrichment program
Evaluate Life Enrichment program
Direct Life Enrichment program
Maintain life enrichment calendars
Promote ongoing delivery of life enrichment programs
Develop volunteer program
Maintain volunteer program
Participate in Interdisciplinary team
Attend staff meetings
Participate in leadership meetings
Participate in committee meetings
Participate in resident care conferences
Participate in RAI/Care Plan process
Coordinate life enrichment activities with other departments
Establish inter-departmental communication
Maintain positive working relationships
Comply with departmental financial plan
Maintain appropriate supplies
Organize Life Enrichment department guidelines
Implement Life Enrichment department guidelines
Serve as facility liaison
Promote positive engagement in community initiatives
Promote image and reputation of System
Exhibit servant leadership
Provide direct communication lines
Provide open communication lines
