Support life enrichment programs
Assist with administrative tasks
Coordinate small groups
Provide resources to encourage participation
Assist in writing life enrichment calendar
Design life enrichment calendar
Distribute life enrichment calendar
Evaluate life enrichment calendar
Observe resident needs
Communicate resident needs
Compile data for reporting
Perform clerical tasks
Perform administrative tasks
Provide support to Director
Attend care conferences
Ensure budget compliance
Serve as Director in absence
