Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public, Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software, Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages, Ability to write simple correspondence, Read and understand visual aid, Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions, Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables, Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs

Organizes line workload and staffing for assembly operations
Ensures work meets or exceeds Jabil workmanship standards
Monitors the CIQ system closely to fix problems
Minimizes changeover times through organized changeovers
Minimizes excess material on ensure proper stockage
Verifies that only accurate
and authorized documentation is available
Informs or instructs employees of any deviations or changes
Notifies Manufacturing Supervisor regarding employee problems
Strives for continuous improvement in all areas
Ensures line personnel are thoroughly trained and certified
Motivates and challenges all line members to perform
Tracks production and ensure all deadlines and schedules are met
Reviews all relevant policies and procedures issued to the line
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinates with Assembly Line Supervisor; Informs or instructs employees of any deviations or changes; Notifies Manufacturing Supervisor immediately regarding all employee problems, concerns and recommendations; Motivates and challenges all line members to perform to their full potential through direct and timely formal and informal feedback
Communication Scope
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public; Ability to write simple correspondence; Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
