Must Have
High School Diploma, Self-starter with ability to learn quickly, Highly skilled in attention to detail, Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills, Positive approach to taking initiative and creative problem solving, Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite or similar (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree, Financial Services industry experienced
What You'll Do.
Process contracts for licensed insurance professionals
Conduct agent or marketer outreach to resolve licensing and contracting open issues
Monitor exception reports
research solutions and address exceptions as needed
Ensure commission and hierarchy levels match contracts for agents
Integrate new agency and affiliate partners through onboarding intake calls
required paperwork processing
and associated processes
Assist with direct agent onboarding
Perform duties within required service level agreement terms and performance requirements including timeliness
productivity and quality
Utilize established performance management systems and processes
Solve Salesforce cases as assigned
Fulfill Agent Release Requests as needed

work with various insurance carrier representatives; partner with internal operations and key stakeholders simultaneously; Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure agency and affiliate satisfaction; Actively participate in team planning and process improvement activities; Engage Carriers and External Partners to efficiently resolve licensing issues
