What You'll Do.
Process contracts for licensed insurance professionals
Conduct agent or marketer outreach to resolve licensing and contracting open issues
Monitor exception reports
research solutions and address exceptions as needed
Ensure commission and hierarchy levels match contracts for agents
Integrate new agency and affiliate partners through onboarding intake calls
required paperwork processing
and associated processes
Assist with direct agent onboarding
Perform duties within required service level agreement terms and performance requirements including timeliness

Utilize established performance management systems and processes
Solve Salesforce cases as assigned
Fulfill Agent Release Requests as needed

The Licensing Specialist is a key contributor to the success of the licensing and contracting area and the business they support throughout the organization.
