You will serve as the primary liaison between licensors and our internal Design and Product Development teams, ensuring that all product, packaging, and marketing submissions align with contractual terms and legal documentation. **How will you create impact?** * Act as the main point of contact for licensors, providing regular communication and support throughout the product development lifecycle. * Coordinate the end-to-end licensing process, obtaining necessary approvals for product and packaging to ensure on-time delivery. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all submissions meet specific brand integrity and contractual requirements. * Communicate key licensing updates, agreement statuses, and expiration dates to cross-functional stakeholders. * Facilitate meetings between licensors and internal teams to align on project milestones and deliverables. * Manage project trackers and provide regular status reports to maintain a seamless information flow. * Identify project risks and assist in implementing action plans to mitigate hurdles. * Maintain a deep understanding of product development timelines and KPIs to contribute effectively to the development cycle. **What are your skills and experience?** * Previous experience in Licensing, Project Management, or Legal roles within
