Must Have
Experience managing enterprise software licenses, tracking renewal cycles, ensuring vendor compliance with federal procurement requirements, Knowledge of DFARS and FAR processes for software and technology licensing, DoD acquisition regulations, intellectual property policies, Ability to interpret contracts, track licenses, implement cost optimization strategies for software and hardware procurements
Nice to Have
Experience with DoD licensing agreements, SaaS procurement, enterprise contract negotiation, Knowledge of IT asset management practices, enterprise procurement strategies, Ability to lead process improvements, mentor team members, Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM) Certification
