What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in New York, clinical and technical skills including anesthesia monitoring and patient care, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills, Passion for patient care and continuous learning
What You'll Do.
Assist veterinarians with patient exams
and surgical procedures
Prepare patients for surgery and monitor anesthesia and vital signs during procedures
Provide attentive nursing care for hospitalized patients
medication administration
and support fluid therapy
Operate diagnostic equipment including digital radiography and in-house lab analyzers
Support dental procedures including anesthesia monitoring and dental radiography
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
