What They're Looking For.
Must Have
LCSW, LCMHC, Knowledge of DSM 5/ICD10 nomenclature, Knowledge of psychotherapy, Knowledge of psychodynamics, Knowledge of therapeutic techniques, Knowledge of interviewing skills, Knowledge of addictions, Knowledge of family theories, Knowledge of group theories, 2 years of counseling/therapy experience, 2 years of experience working with children and adults in a behavioral health capacity, 1 year of clinical supervision experience, 1 year of supervisory experience, Masters: Human Services, Drivers License (Valid), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Strong clinical skills, Completing comprehensive clinical assessments, Making treatment recommendations with clinical judgment
What You'll Do.
Supervise outpatient therapists
Support outpatient therapists
Lead outpatient therapists
Monitor therapist productivity
Monitor therapist compliance
Monitor quality of services
Manage human resources functions
Maintain a small clinical caseload
Provide individual therapy
Provide group therapy
Provide family therapy
Collaborate with Vice President
Lead clinical team meetings
Support clinicians in crisis intervention
Oversee transitions to higher levels of care
Ensure timely documentation
Ensure accurate documentation
Refer clients to external resources
Foster collaborative relationships
Complete required reports
Submit required reports
Maintain compliance with trainings
Maintain compliance with certifications
Remain current on best practices
Maintain professional licensure
Perform additional duties
