This person will provide nursing services including administration and monitoring of medication, nursing assessments and interventions. # **What You 'll Do:** • Provide routine and emergent medical care as specified by State Regulations and service definitions. • Administer medications to individuals in a residential setting and review all staff certified in medication administration a minimum of quarterly in order to insure best practices are followed. • Schedule necessary physician appointments and monitor ongoing scheduling of medical appointments for individuals receiving services to ensure proper documentation is completed following such appointments. • Update monthly Medication Administration Records ensuring all medications are properly trans
