Current LPN license, Graduation from accredited School of Nursing, 2 years long-term care experience, 2 years assisted living experience, 2 years home health experience, 2 years hospital setting experience, Proficiency in computer skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Ability to learn new applications, Ability to handle multiple tasks, Lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have

Experience with Alzheimer’s, Experience with related dementias
