No relocation packaged offered. **Schedule:** Saturday and Sunday, 6pm - 6am **Job Responsibilities** * Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities * Assist the Registered Nurse in delivering quality nursing services to persons supported * Provide health related training to unlicensed personnel * Administer medications and treatments or assist the person supported with medication administration * Assist with ensuring preventative and routine medical appointments are scheduled * Conduct medication closest assessments * Collect health related data * Observe for and report any abnormal health related findings to the physician * Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, medical suppliers, and the Interdisciplinary Team * Advocate for the people supported and assist with developing community supports to promote optimal health for the people supported #INDURNSE **Requirements** * Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program​ * Current nursing license with no restrictions to practice nursing. * Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification * Must be able to communicate effectively with Interdisciplinary Team Members, as well as the people supported and their families * Must be able to work independently, be organized, and possess the ability to prioritize work tasks Physical requirements include: ability to regularly lift 20 pounds.
